Fargo (Part 2) and NorCal and Washington

The Concerts in Fargo were awesome!

Worked with Kelly Corcoran, a guest conductor auditioning for the permanent spot with the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony.  We had two concerts (a Saturday night and Sunday afternoon) which were packed and crazily well-received.  Congrats, Kelly! :D  We played the Rachmaninoff Paganini Variations and it was just great.

In Fargo, got to meet up with Anthony, an old friend from Centralia!

The next morning it was up at 4am to catch a flight to San Francisco, where I had a concert Monday night.  I rented a car and drove a couple hours to Davis, took a quick nap, had a concert, and got to bed at about 11pm.

After 3 hours of glorious sleep, I woke up at 2:30am and drove the couple hours BACK to SFO and then caught a flight to Seattle.

Pretty bridge at like 3:30am

Monday morning I was back up at an ungodly hour to catch a 7am flight back to NYC where I was for a few days before catching a flight down to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina to play a third and different concerto (Grieg) with the Hilton Head Symphony with John Russell Morris…another fantastic conductor.

Overall it was a whirlwind of craziness, very wearing, but at the same time fantastic and awesome.
