BBCCO Tour - Day 1: Greensville, SC

And so it begins!

Today marks the first day of the BBC Concert Orchestra (BBCCO)'s USA tour with Keith Lockhart! I flew down from New York this morning and checked into the Hyatt Regency, where I had an awesome room with about 253 chairs, a dining table, etc. waiting for me.  ...And to think, I almost never leave the bed/desk!

Lunchtime for me generally consists of quick bites while I'm on the road, and today's lunch was no exception.  Subway is fast, fairly healthy, and cheap.  Win, win, and win in my book.

I did some teaching in the afternoon via FaceTime, and then got a quick carryout steak at a local restaurant...a nice steak and salad.  :)  Now for some much needed rest~

Tacoma Symphony Orchestra...We're Moving to a Larger Hall!

Hope you guys are all having a great weekend!

But apparently, there's been a lot of demand for tickets, so they changed the venue from the Rialto Theater to the Pantages Theater in Tacoma!
